Signal is terrible will spread the word

Been without cable services and wifi for going on 4 days now service tech never showed up at scheduled time no straight answer when i do call no sense of urgency to fix issues. I am a stay at home mom with a toddler with no tv no internet and alot of friends word of mouth is EVERYTHING...Currently shopping around for better and cheaper i might add cable and wifi services i guess AT&T is "too big" to care and this is after channel 5 was off air for a week a local channel i might add sincerely disgusted
