Skipping

Viewing live broadcast over uverse with a Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Randomly the program will skip backwards for a minute or two then continue normally until it happens again. When it's in this "mood", it usually happens 2-3 times an hour.

Not a real big deal but annoying.

Is anyone else having this problem or better yet a solution.

Hi @ray1945,

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with your Note 5. The following may help:

Reset the device.
Delete cache. Varys on phone, browser or device operating system.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Verify you have the latest software on your phone, tablet, and browser.

This is the stock answer from att on most questions. Makes you wonder if att support consist of 1 person pasting 1 solution for all problems. Your response would be a lot more meaningful if your answer actually showed that it was specific to my question. For example, has this problem been reported by other users or am I the only person in the sworld who has reported it? Thanks for making me smile and feeling as if I am talking to a robot 🤖.

Finally got things backed up and did all the things suggested above. Still have the problem but no big deal.
