Ok so.e u verse channel out 454 456 466 out on regular tv

The HD versions of DIY (1454) and Cooking Channel (1456) are both working. The SD versions are not. Discovery Life (466) has no HD version.
I've seen this happen before. While annoying, it generally rights itself. There's not really anything you can do to expedite their recovery.
