Sorry, your AT&T U-verse account is not authorized to view this content. - Fox News

I've been streaming Fox News on my PC for years.  Lately, I get this error.  It is fixed sometimes by refreshing the page, sometimes by watching a clip or switching to Fox Business and then back and sometimes by switching browsers.  And sometimes no matter what I do I can't get it to work.  It works fine on my phone.  I've seen that others have posted this issue but they were old, so someone suggested posting a new one.  I'm using Windows 10.

Let's get you streaming, @kabrice

Have you attempted to reset your password? Doing so can re sync your account credentials and allow you to login.

Give that a try and let us know!

Is it a bunch of random gobbledygook?

I sometimes see a message with something that looks like a very long URL and I think "8080" is part of it.

If this is the bug I think it is, it's a known bug. For whatever reason, AT&T can't/won't fix it, even though they know about it.

@skeeterintexas ...am I right?

You are correct.  I still think it was Starz and after some complaints it got fixed.

I don't do sports so if it's a sports app, I have to knowledge of that.

@ATTHelp How about help with my streaming issue?  I changed my password too, hoping your advice for @kabrice would help me on this post.  Unfortunately, it did not.

It was happening for a while on Marquee with trying to log in (which, for some reason, needs to happen every time.)

I didn't notice it last time.

Same here. Started happening last week or so. Made multiple calls to customer service... they could CARE LESS. So, I figure I'll return the favor to them soon.

Hey @ATTHelp there are MANY posts with the EXACT same problem, almost word-for-word. Where are your automated replies with unhelpful info to those? Actually, where is your CUSTOMER SERVICE in general? Or, is it policy now to completely ignore and provide subpar quality across all service lines to customers who've been with AT&T 30+ years with personal AND business accounts?

Same thing here. Three different browsers on a Win10 machine. Fix it AT&T.

Same thing just started happening to me @sarahellis03

This is the error I get "Sorry, your AT&T U-verse account is not authorized to view this content." but it works on my TV.   Have you found a solution?

Maybe AT&T is subliminally telling you to turn off an inflammatory entertainment channel.

This company is sick to the core.  I have put up with this ever since I upgraded from Win7 to Win10.  And not just on Fox News, but on some streaming sites I stream on two TVs.  A particular streaming site will give me the same message.

I only have U-Verse Basic, which I get ripped off to pay for that worthless almost non-existent content, but I have to pay over $20 a month for it to maintain my no data limit on the pathetic 18 Mbps internet service I have.

I can see that not ONE AT&T employee has answered any of the posts here.

That speaks volumes on what type of company AT&T is.

I just discovered that the forum doesn't even work right.  Notice there are no "Likes", no thumbs UP or DOWN, because clicking on them DOES NOTHING AT ALL!

People want to blame AT&T and not check their own settings. Sad.

My likes work.
