stop the clields play and give us our races
I'm really looking for someone at ATT that has just a touch of common sense and cares about doing the right thing. All this crap over the NASCR races is very childish of both you and Fox. Both of you make millions of dollars off people like me and you geniuses can't even work it out and agreement to provide the service you should be providing. You tell us it is Fox and they say it is you trying to be cheep. PLEASE, stop acting like children, work this crap out and give all of us "Average Joes" our races. Not that I expect it to do any good but YES, I did send the same complaint to Fox Sports.

Sorry, ATT Uverse does not have big pockets like you think they do, ATT wireless is the king in the ATT universe and it's not their money in this. It's ATT Uverse's $$ w/only 6 million subscribers, and are a smaller system and have not made much money off Uverse.
By the way you are NOT talking to ATT, but other users like yourself here, this is not an ATT complaint forum.

OK Chris, I think I understand now. Never complain about the system going out, just pay whatever they charge and except whatever we ger in the way of progrhaming. I have
ATT because they are the only company that supply me with the three main items I need, TV, internet and phones. So I guess I can just shut-up, pay what I'm told and be excited about whatever I cna get what i get.

I'm just as angry about no Infinity races on FS1 as you, but have done what I could at FS1 message and ATT's channel request to carry Live sports on FS1. Not much else we can do and not getting upset, cause it's only hurting us, not ATT or FS1.
Unluckily it seems to be a 57¢/subscriber impass, $3.42 million/mo. I can see where ATT could balk at that as not being able to raise rates until next Feb, by then $30 million or more has been paid out by ATT.

Uh. actualy it is. Granted, you are complaining to other att customers, not ATT proper but as long as you refrain from stuff in the don't mention it list, apparently, folks are free to complain as much as they care to. (and do.)
More often than not, folks who complain will settle for someone simply to validate their complaint. Does not make them right or wrong, but does give satisfaction that someone at least recognises the issue.
And in any case, my own dad would take issue with not being able to see his nascar, as he is a very loyal fan. (He has cable, so is not affected by u-verse. Live and learn)
My two cents worth, keep the change.

Weird.. one minute, it would not let me post my reply, and NOW, it posted it twice. And it also one let me delete one of the duplicate posts, though I can obviously edit this one.
OH, and I did not re-quote the entier thread of posts as it was a bit redundant, since folks are already it in the thread, but was getting pretty long. But, and this was unfortunate, I also included more than the post I was origionaly responding too.. so sorry for that confusion.
To be fair, I do recognise, your point was that complaining ONLY in the forum is typicaly pointless, since only calls to AT&T proper (and private messages to ATT customer care) do anything useful.
On occasion, I get such a belly laugh out of some of the things folks compain about, I don't want to do anything to discourage their posting.
And too, there is a bit of a learning on some of the obscure customer service issues.
In short, sorry for the confustion, I will strive to make my future posts more on point, and apologies if my coment let to any impression of a negative comment against you personaly. That was NOT my intent.
Humbly, moving on.
