Streaming Bally sports games on devices

I have the Bally sports Wisconsin package. I used to be able to stream live games on my iPad or laptop. Now I can stream on my TV or stream on my phone, but Bally does not allow me to stream on any devices. This is a recent change. Bally has said it is an ATT Uverse issue and wants me to confirm that my package allows streaming via app as well as TV channels. Anyone else run into this?

Update to all. Received an email this afternoon from bally sports. Sign out of all your accounts on the app, AT&T and if you have a bally sports account do that as well. Sign back in and all of the live games and replays etc.. are back. AT&T updated and fixed the issue along with bally sports.

You may have to use the Bally app.

I do and I can stream on my phone but not my iPad. Browser or app, same issue.

This is what comes up when I attempt to stream:

Axis Error: Mvpd User is not entitled to play the video ( Error code 11).

From what I have read this means Uverse is showing me as not being in the correct geographic are, which is a screwup on their part. How can I get this fixed?

I have the Uverse 450 and this worked for streaming until a few weeks ago. So Uverse must have changed something recently. Bally has told me they have not changed anything.

Also Fox Sports Go no longer exists, so I suspect this is information from several months ago when Bally first took over, and does not address the current issue.

I saw a Facebook post that non-AT&T customers were having issues with the Bally page.

Yes, you have not answered my question. Fox Sports Go was available when Bally took over, and is no longer available. Streaming games worked for many months after that, and just stopped working a few weeks ago. It works on my phone, but not on a laptop or iPad.

 So something has changed recently. It looks like Uverse has changed something so the Bally app no longer recognizes the Wisconsin location. Can you look into this?

I just logged in to ballysports.com using the native Silk browseron a Fire tablet just fine.  It recognized my Uverse home network and authorized access.

After rebooting my gateway, not only did nothing change, but now I can no longer stream games on my phone, so I have no ability to stream on phone, iPad or browser.

Please, please, please get someone with technical expertise to look at this

Yeah, doesn’t appear the dots are being connected properly.  Now it looks like the help session is being taken offline.  

For some reason certain people aren’t able to use their credentials to get their entitlements which I sympathize with, even more so when it had been working correctly.

What is going on???? It still is not working @ATTHelp 

As customers, we should not be begging for you guys to fix this problem. Nobody from ATT support knows what is going on. What is the update with this streaming problem?????
