Switch to U-Verse from DirecTv
Why is it I cannot switch from DirecTv to U-Verse. I have been a customer before it became Hughes Network to DirecTv not to AT&T. I have the Total Choice Package which they no longer offer. I was told I was grandfathered in. But I would like to switch my package over to U-Verse.

U-Verse is a wired service, much like cable TV is. In many areas, U-Verse just isn't available.

Uverse is only offered in 21 states, they are going to be winding down u-verse and promoting their streaming ATT TV which will eventually replace u-verse. Be careful of dropping Direct tv as of right now they are the only one of the AT&T platforms that carries nfl network, nfl red zone and ACC network
