Why are nationally televised Oklahoma Thunder Games blacked out on TNT and NBA TV in my viewing area?

Usually, it is because you live in the Thunder's "region" as far as regional sports channels go, and either the regional channel or a local channel is showing the game - and they don't want you watching another channel (or its commercials). Sometimes, the restriction is limited to home games.
