TLC go not viewable with U Verse

We have an AT&T U Verse account and currently get TLC in our channel lineup. Why then, can’t  we watch TLC on the TLC go app when logged with with our U Verse credentials? It says that channel isn’t part of our subscription, but it is! So frustrating!

Hello @Laycid,

That's not what we like to hear, let's troubleshoot and see what we can to!

Have you tried resetting your receiver? This will normally resolve most issues in regards to channels.

Also, what channel package do you currently have?
