Turning TV on and off with Remote
I cannot get my TV to turn on and off with the U Verse remote. All other functionality works with the TV and remote, but i can not get the TV to turn on and off with the remote.

Just checking, does "all other functions" include the volume too?
Which model remote (s10, s20/s30)?
Are you sure you programmed the remote with the correct code? Maybe experiment with different codes for that model tv.
Check batteries.
You can always ask tech support for a replacement (800-288-2020).
