TV picture is either too small or too large for screen.
The electrical power went off and when it came back on the picture was either too large or too small for my screen. Tried adjusting it on the trouble shoot page but no luck> How do I adjust the screen to fit my TV?

@Crapshooter Make sure it's on the correct aspect ratio, sometimes it changes on a reboot.
menu>options>system options>TV Screen Resolution HD/SD If it says start test after selecting do it, then save setting it if it looks right. Good luck 😉

@Crapshooter - Also, could be the TV setting.
If it is still off after checking u-verse aspect, is it just content or is it also menu/guide?
If just content, check Zoom setting in menu under ENTER/zoom button (bottom right)
If menu/guide, check TV settings.
