TV service goes down

I get the message that my connection is "lost", and I need to reset the router at least twice a day. I will do the restart and the tv will come back. I tried talking with tech support about it and they sent me a new router to replace the older one I had. But, it does the same thing. I can't call tech support again and have them go through all the same stuff again. I'm afraid I would loose it. They end up resetting the router, which is what I do twice a day, and they tell me the problem is fixed. Does anyone else have this issue, and what have to tried to do about it?
