U Verse wireless receiver not working
U Verse wireless receiver not working although I have another one which is so changed them. Never had a problem previously although the one I'm having a problem with is a longer distance from RG which has to be the problem as both units on the TV don't work but work on other closer TV to RG---you guys changed something with wireless signal or RG did
I would like it fixed please.

Have you moved the gateway and/or Wireless Access Point (WAP) from its former position? Sometimes just a simple shift of the WAP can cause the signal to drop for a specific point. Putting electronic devices near or between the WAP and the wireless STB can also cause a problem.
