@chubchucker Not printable - on TV - use the left side menu to open "categories" & then "packages"
for guide by subscribed. Scroll for chan - chan up/down paages.
Or - hide channels you do not want (most work) or build you own favorites list as you watch. Use right menu accessed by button to right of zero)
To find indiv chan numbers - use search (also under left menu) change OPTION to channels & enter call letters.

Hello @chubchucker,
I am glad you brought this to our attention! We know how important it is for our customers to view their favorite channels. Let’s make sure we get to the bottom of this!
To view the channel for your current package, we invite you to check out our Channel Line Up. By entering your zip code, you will be provided with a list of channels. Another great thing you can do is download a PDF version to print.
Please let me know if you find this information helpful. Have an amazing rest of your day!

The channel guides available from ATT are useless in the real world. 100s of lines of channels with check marks to indicate which package each is available with. Sure the PDF could be printed, but good luck using it for anything.
I'm trying to get my senior parents set up with UVerse so that they can understand and use the service. I need a simple, large-print sheet that displays the main channels for them to reference. The installation person has no guides and says, "we've been trying to get them for weeks." Not an auspicious start to using this service.

My sister was in an assessed living facility that changed the TV service from cable to Dish. Needless to say, she was very confused.
We asked her which channels she watched and we composed and printed a LARGE guide custom to her wants & needs, listing ONLY the channels that she watched.
Another thing you might want to do is 'hide' the channels that your parents have no interest in. Menu (button) > Options> Hide channels

This is bogus. All I want is a channel guide.
