U300 to U450 Upgrade takes 9 days?
I called and upgraded from U300 to U450 and added a 2nd wireless receiver on February 15, 2015. The rep tells me that the receiver will arrive in a few days and the order will be processed by February 18. The receiver arrived on February 19, but cannot be activated and I still don't have U450. I called support and after 40 minutes, the very nice (but not very helpful) gentleman tells me that I just have to wait until February 24 and then the order will be processed and I can activate the receiver and will be upragded to U450. Why would it take 9 days to process an upgrade from one TV package to another? I believe I've done this in the past and it only takes a few minutes. Did the addition of the wireless receiver mess up the order process? Annyoing, but I guess I will wait a few more days to get caught up on Game of Thrones.

Interesting last Sunday I upgraded online from u200 to u300 for a $50 reward card, 3 minutes after I did, it was on my TV.
Contact ATT Uverse Care to get quicker results, click the ATT Uverse Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your u300 to u450 upgrade/wireless receiver situation.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
