Update your u-verse app

I updated my iPhone with the newest software update iOS 13.4 and now the uverse app is not working at all I click on a movie and the app closes it’s like a glitch.... I called ATT and they told me they can’t do anything... Please update your app soon!! There is so many movies right now that I want to really watch and I can’t!! :( I even tried calling Apple to remove my update but I can’t!! ughhh

did you try deleting the app then reinstlling it?

yes several times already, and i tried on another iphone they haven’t updated their update and it works fine... so i’m assuming it’s the lasted iphone software update because before the update on my phone it was working fine...

same problem for me. live content works from the guide view. but trying any on-demand content closes the app. agree with the timing - must've been the latest ios update.

same. but it started happening before I updated the iPad.

I have automatic upgrades disabled, so when it started crashing it forced me to go looking for updates for both iOS and uverse app. it started same time as you both.... did either of you get it working yet? we are still having issues.

thanks for the heads-up! updated ios and uverse app. uverse app watchlist started working after a shutdown/restart. =)
