Upgraded UVerse (double the cost) and LOSING kid channels?
Apparently I did not spend the 20 minutes it takes to print out and compare the channel lineups between UFamily and U200. But a logical person would assume that when you go from $20/month to $41/month that you would keep the channels and then add onto those channels, correct? Apparently not. Upgrading to U200 makes you lose family and kid-friendly channels like Sprout/Universal Kids, Baby Programming, Hallmark Movies, qubo, etc. And the only way to get those channels back is to upgrade another level to non-family friendly channels like Starz, Showtime, etc. oh and pay almost triple what the first package was. Has anyone been successful with a group complaint process at ATT? Family friendly programming does not seem to be a priority for ATT.

The U-Family package is not comparable to U-100 or U-50 or whatever. It's an FCC-required package of kid-friendly channels. All TV providers have something similar. They don't like to promote them, but they're required to have them.
