Since you character table that includes the letters only gives you the choice of upper case letters how would you expect there was a way to do anything else? Besides the name is hopefully only showing long enough to get to it's corresponding favorites list so what difference does it make what casing it's in?
I'm new to Uverse after recently switching to save a couple $$. I can get around fine but it seems Uverse tech design savvy is a couple decades behind regarding system config, navigation controls, lack of upper/lowercase text (for appearance & hi-lighting), no slow motion or frame advance ...etc. Hopefully that's not the case and Uverse will soon publish an updated, robust user interface. Uverse has a lot to offer but appearance and usability help turn new customers into long-term customers so I eagerly await new developments. 🙂

Your only choice is Alphabet (all caps) or Numbers.
