U-Vers App: Worthless gimmick

  
Where to begin... 2 hours in to a 3.45 movie and the movie stops and I can’t access a single show anywhere. Tech says they’re working on updating the server. Next night, can’t access anything. Third night, f*** it, watching HULU. Fourth night, half way through another movie, app stops and is unavailable again. This coupled with receivers at home needing to be reset every third day, modem having to be reset every week. Wireless dropping out like a fat kid in a marathon. Can you say Spectrum? Yeah I left cable to get UVerse. Had it before. Loved it. Now, not so much. If this was my only U-VERSE experience, I wouldn’t be a customer. Unreliable, unresponsive ignorant script reading tech support from across the ocean, and no service, whether trying to use the app or watch tv. ATT, I have 9 mobile lines of service, your 1000Mbps internet, 5 TVs on U-VERSE, four of which use wireless receivers...and you’re losing me as a customer for it all because, well, you s***.

I left Uverse for the same reason bad service.  AT&T is going downhill fast.  They raise the price to where it is not affordable to only the rich who have money to burn and keep taking away features.  I am so glad I do not have to deal them them anymore.
