UVerse and Bally Sports
I am trying to login with my Uverse TV and steam games on Bally Sports app. I've been doing this for months with no issues. Now suddenly it says I am not entitled to the content. It has me listed in the 'National' region instead of Southeast. This happened once before and when I called ATT the girl was able to fix it easily. Now I've tried calling for hours and no one can help me.

I was able to fix it myself. I reset my user ID email password and then it somehow reset to south region. I had tried that previously with no luck, but today it did work.

Start by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Make sure that when you log back in, you're using the right AT&T member ID. You can get info about your IDs for signing in on our website.
