U-verse app compatibility for Roku

Is the uverse app compatible with a Roku Device? I am disappointed with the rather skimpy and haphazard content offering of the standard Uverse TV On Demand selection accessed via the Channel Guide button. I want to access the same channels and networks my subcription allow thru the uverse app to access the full library of streaming content not available thru the OD menu. I am not a subscriber to Amazon Prime which provides access to uverse app. Paying the $100/yr premium for Amazon prime tv is equivalent to a subscription for content that I have already payed for through my Uverse subscription.  I have a Roku Device on one of my TVs, however I don't see the Uverse app available on the Roku app store. Is the Uverse App compatible with Roku devices? If so, how do I download the app to the device?
