U-verse App freezes, constantly spins and has major missing channels

Hi I just moved from spectrum to ATT. I was adamant that I relied heavily on the app as there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms.  

first, I get the spinning circle every 5 minutes or so, the screen freezes and the volume cuts in and out so I miss big chunks of what is said.  I’m missing major channels like TLC, discovery ID, Hallmark and others.  I had been able to watch Hallmark then one day it changed and no longer able to watch.  It’s so frustrating that I usually watch Hulu or Netflix.  Also cannot watch recorded shows (another thing I could do with spectrum).  It’s very disappointed and I’ve basically given up.  Any suggestions?

We understand that you're having trouble with your U-verse app freezing. Don't worry, we can help with that.

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Do you have a good internet connection when trying to stream on your device?

Also, take a look at this page that will help with troubleshooting your app. Please let us know if that helps.
