i am at home and receive message the golden girls is blacked out in your viewing area. I canbwatch

golden girls on my tv. How dan view on the uverse app?

Try troubleshooting the U-Verse app to refresh its data and let us know if you're still unable to view the program. Also, let us know if you're only unable to watch The Golden Girls or all programs on the Hallmark Channel.

Correct, I receive this message when only attempting to watch Golden Girls on the Hallmark Channel. I can view their holiday movies, but not the Golden Girls! Weird I know. Using an Ipad, IOS 13.xx. I also updated Uverse app to the current version. log out ATT Uverse app, log back in. reboot Ipad, reboot modem, you name I have performed those technology steps.

Again, using the app at my residence, so why is this blocked out?
