U-verse app not working on Android 14, One UI 6
Anyone else have this problem?
I have a Samsung S23 Ultra. After the update in December, the app no longer works 🤨
ATT on the phone was no help. The app store says it's not compatible with my phone 🤨🤨

What do you mean by "no longer works?"
My app has an issue where it doesn't get current DVR info. I have to delete the cache via my phone settings and make sure I'm logged out. If I do that, then everything is current.

After the update, I couldn't watch any channels/streams via the app on my phone.
I cleared the cache, powered down/ up the phone, etc. It still didn't work.
I went to uninstall and reinstall the app. That's when the Google Play Store said "thus app not compatible with your device " and would not let me install it.

Ok, so this is weird.
My Pixel 6 on Android 14 has multiple Google accounts connected to it. I tried to update apps via my main account and couldn't see any. I then changed to a different account and saw a few apps, one of which was U-Verse.
I switched back to my main account and couldn't see any apps needing to be updated.
The U-Verse app couldn't update because it was too old or unsupported or whatever.
I guarantee that if ATTHelp sees this, they won't be able to help. @davidbk can you take a look at this thread and send it up the chain? Thanks!
Short version: Apparently the most-current update to the U-Verse app on Google Play isn't supported with Android 14.
Edit -- The "important people" at AT&T have been made aware that the Android version of the U-Verse app apparently can't be updated with Android 14. Unfortunately, I have no other info.

@adboom73 -- I was just able to update my app on Android 14.
And the result...if you're in dark mode, you'll have to turn dark mode off to use it.
