Uverse App Not Working

Hello, For approximately 2 months, I cannot get to the U-verse app.  What are the steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue?

  I cannot access the U-verse app from my i-phone or i-pad.   I never had an issue with the app.   Thanks

You’re in lots of good company.  Try the following.  

- Verify use of the U-verse member ID for login by checking your profile in the myAT&T app.  The member ID should use the att.net domain.  
- Unlink your accounts if you had done so in the past and try again.  
- Create a subaccount and use it instead of your main account.

We're aware that some customers are unable to sign in to the U-verse app, diazpete.

 

If the workarounds that our Ace provided don't work for you, please remain patient while we work to get the app back up and running.
