Uverse App on Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0

I have been trying to use my Galaxy Tablet, E Lite 7.0 SM-T113 to login and use the Uverse app. I have two of them and on both, I get, unable to connect to the server at this time, please try again later. I can connect just fine on the mobile phones, but not the app. Since ATT still has not resolved the issue with website logins to watch programs, I was hopping to resolve this issue to help under the circumstances. It is no a connection issue or login credentials error, there is something up on the ATT side.

Thanks for reaching out. Have you performed any troubleshooting to make sure there's no issue with your tablets since the app works on your mobile phones?

Thanks for reply, the issue is with the server, not the device. Two new Galaxy tablets that work fine over the internet as well as login to att.net. If you read the previous post, it says, server error, unable to connect to server at this time. It has att internet that seems to work fine for everything else. It is not my login, I changed the password and the app login on phones, has something to do with android version being accepted by the server, is my guess.
