U-verse app says we are away from home when we’re not

The U-verse app says we’re away from home and not connected to the home wireless network when we are, so we don’t get the full channel lineup. We’ve tried restating the the router, logging out and in, nothing works. I’m the remote on the app won’t work either. How can we fix this?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the APP yet? Once reinstalled ensure that you're able to log in and then test the features. Let us know if you're still having issues.
