U-Verse App won’t let me log-in

Each time I try to log in to the U-Verse app, it tells me to use my U-verse email address. I clicked on Forgot Username to confirm what email address I used to sign up and I’m using the correct address when I try to log in. Sure would love to use a service I’m paying good $$ for. Can anyone help?
