U-Verse App/Mobile Remote

I moved two weeks ago and received different equipment for my U-Verse cable. Prior to moving, I was able to control my televisions via my iPhone (U-Verse App). For whatever reason I am unable to connect to the U-Verse network to control my televisions. I keep receiving an error message stating "There has been an issue communicating with the U-Verse network [3000]". Is there anyway to correct this problem?

Hi @Tlbrownq,

You may need to reset the entire system, the modem, DVR, and app itself. Also make sure your phone is connected to the modem in your home. If that does not resolve the system, uninstall the app and reinstall it.

I have the exact same issue. I have restarted the entire system and reinstalled the app. But the problem persists. I can connect to one of my three receivers, but when I attempt to add the other receivers I get the error message above. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I had the same issue. My iPhone, iPad and Android received the 3000 error message. I went to channel 9301 my enabled devices and I followed the prompts to enable device and it just so happens there were terms and conditions that I needed to accept. I then closed the Uverse app and then pulled the app back up and it's working!
