Uverse Error Code: 0 - Failed to load resource

I'm getting this message on the screens of the TVs in my house. It appears when I first turn on a TV:

Error Code: 0 - Failed to load resource

Kx: Faile to load resource

Web exception: the remote name could not be resolved

Socket exception: No such host is known.

Anyone know what's up, and what can be done about it?

Thanks

I have been getting several of these here in Fort Worth, Texas - 76133 over last couple days...

Used Cell phone to do a REAL TV screen capture.  We are only watching a local DFW program channel

What's up ATT UVERSE ???

We've been getting the same error (Little Rock, Arkansas), starting from last night August 6. It seems to pop up at the start of every hour, but only in the evening. It wasn't doing it this morning or during the day.

Been getting the same thing here in NW Florida, started right after they added the extra channels for the Olympics, more of an annoyance than anything else.  Comes up about every 30 mins. Screen shows the same language as the one that texas360 shows in the screen capture.

I'm in Chicago. I've had UVerse for 10+ years & never saw this until 9:30pm on Sat Aug 6th. Now it's come up on both TVs a dozen times, usually around top/bottom of the hour as everyone else has noted.

I thought it was just me but a quick search pulled up this thread & I see a LOT of people having the same issue starting at about the same time. So it ain't ME (or you!) .. something's changed on the network...

I have U-Verse and I am constantly getting this error message... I'm watching TV and about every 30 minutes or an hour, I get the message on the screen

Error Code: 0 - Failed to load resource

kx: Failed to load resource

webexception:  unable to connect to remote servers

Socket Exception: no connection could be made because target machine actively refused it

WHY am I getting this message... it started this last night and been doing it ALL day today.. .. HOW do I get rid of this message..  It's really getting to be frustrating...

 thanks

There are several threads here on the forums about this issue, which started about 1-2 days ago across the country (posts from Texas, Florida, Illinois, et al.)

This message pops up about every 2 hours I can hit the back button and it goes off and I don't see any disruption of service but it is very annoying

I have been getting the same error message and it started today.  It has come up four times so far and I have to press Back to make it go away.  I am in Southern California. My error message says that it could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS. Socket Exception: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Saw this at my brother's place in San Antonio starting on August 6th, then at my in-laws and my house on August 7th, 270 miles away. This has got to be a nationwide issue that hasn't been addressed yet. Same thing, I've never seen it before and have had service for 9 years, now it keeps happening. As U-verse isn't even being sold in my area anymore, even for existing ATT customers, it seems that the network will slowly fall apart so they can push DirectTV instead and make a bundle on tech that requires much less maintenance and cost to build out.

Started for us yesterday.  It is appearing on multiple tvOS, multiple channels without any pattern at all.  One time, I had to reboot my receiver just to get it to go away.

I have the UVERSE 450 plan, live in So California.

Also, about a week or so prior to these events we were experiencing a lot of pixelating, it has stopped. Do not know if that is connected or not.

Russianj...  that could be what they are trying to do, push DirectTV..   ATT was pushing their DirectTV in Walmart the other day..

I had DishTv (that ATT used to have years ago) but when it storms bad, you lose your signal til the heavy rain lightens up... so was glad when they got U-Verse... so I didn't lose cable when it stormed bad.  That was my only problem with satelitte..

If they are planing to get rid of U-Verse and push Direct, I wish they would tell people something and not just suddenly change it ... The man at Walmart who was trying to see if you wanted to change over, said it was cheaper...
