U-Verse Error on iPad "cannot playback protected content through proxy (QP1521)"

I cannot watch Live TV or On Demand on my iPad using the U-verse app.  I've deleted and reinstalled the app and am connected on my home ATT wifi directly (not thru booster).  Very irritating.  Hoping to find help and get this fixed.
