Uverse ESPN-HD turned into ESPN-news during Warrior Game

Today, January 20, 2017, I wanted to watch the Warriors game on channel 1602 which is ESPN HD.  I taped the first half and when I went to watch it that channel was showing ESPN news, which is also channel 1604.  After more than an hour on the phone with customer service and rebooting, etc. the channel came back to ESPN HD.  But I missed the Warriors game.  Someone mentioned that the game may have been blacked out but all neighboring friends were able to watch the game.  I do now know if they had Uverse.
