Seems to be unique, can't find any reference to this error code which I assume is QPE1402 nor to this nex player

We understand you're having error's while trying to watch U-verse live.
So you get this error on all device's or just the one's you mention?

I was using a LG V20
With WIFI I got the error as shown in the OP
I tried with WIFI OFF and over cell service Live TV worked
I put my SIM card ina google pixel 2
Live TV works on both WIFI & Cell service
Put it down to a LG V20 WIFI issue
