uverse Live TV on my smartphone not working anymore

I have a motorola Razr. I've had the ATT service for a few months now. The first month the Live TV worked fine on my phone. I tried it again today and it doesnt work. I can see all the different channels but when I select any of the shows, I get an error window that says" An unknown error occurred, UVM Status Code: UNEXPECTED_BACKEND_ RESPONSE_0 "

Have you upgraded the U-verse App on your phone?  If not, try that.  If so, then uninstall it and try again.

Have you downgraded your U-verse TV package since it was working?

Sorry for not adding more troubleshooting details.

I already uninstalled and installed the uverse app from Google play, tried to pull up a show and still am getting the same error.


Also, I did not upgrade anything since day one.  I know I had some premium channels for the first month I beleive, but they are now disabled, but that was automatic from ATT. I didnt delete or add any upgrades.

I too am having the same problem.  It all started a few updates ago.  It no longer works on my Galaxy S III nor my Nexus 7 tablet.  It works fine on my wife's LG Optimus.

I have the same problem on my Samsung S2. Exact same error code...
