There can be a few reasons for that you can get the error message service temporarily unavailable for you U-Verse Mobile app. So by troubleshooting we can eliminate the cause of one or more error.
Still unable to get my U-verse app to work, I’ve reboot the GW and DVR both at the same time, separately, I’ve deleted the app several times, one thing I have noticed is the blue HD light is no longer lite.. The uverse app has not worked for the past two weeks. I have it on new generation iPad, an iPhone 12, Android phone, Smart TV. None of them will login. Spent two hours on the phone with att tech support and no result. Login generates one of two error messages:

When it says login with your U-verse account, have you tried figuring out what that is? Att no longer allows anything other than the original email account used to establish service. The email address can only be determined by examining the information in your user profile on att.com. While you’re in there, unlink the accounts. If you still can’t make it work, try creating a subaccount.

When I try to log into the u-verse app it displays:
Login Error The U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later
This happens on my phone and tablet. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. I can successfully log into the myAT&T app with the same username & password.
The online support chat is useless. When I explain the problem they just disconnect. It looks like a major problem and they don't know what to do about it
