U-verse plan

I have a situation that I do not understand. On 2/29/2016 I called the customer service to replace my U-Basic onto U-Family plan. And they changed my plan into U-Family and have a U-verse promotional of $39 off per month for a year. But on Thursday midnight the 3rd of March my U-verse plan was changed into U-basic. I have been calling a customer service, asking them why my U-family plan came back to U-Basic but nobody knows why. I checked the order online today but its not there, but I have proof that my U-verse plan have changed on 2/29/16. I do have an email from AT&T Order Confirmation that indicates the order confirmation summary and my service has changed into U-family.

 

Please Advise, I just need to change the plan into U-family and still avail the U-verse promotional to save a little. Thank you.

I have DVRs, I just need to upgrade the U-Basic into U-Family with still avail promotional. That's all. Like what've said, it was activated before and its working just fine then suddenly it placed back to U-basic.

 

I just wanted to follow up on the first replied: You sent me a private message to send my information back to you. And also stating that available Manager will contact me about this issue but until now no calls from Manager or Representative. 

 

Again, I do not understand what's the issue here. 

 

We have been a AT&T customer for a long time..
