U-Verse service alert message says I need to be connected to an agent for further assistance

cannot get TV, screen says Account Unavailable, client has been disabled, restart receiver. When I do I get please wait, no signal, then says connection success, then no signal, then back to Account unavailable, client has been disabled, restart receiver.

I have been to att.com/support several times, runs tests and says signal is good and then hangs up on me. I have reset the gateway and rebooted to receiver on several occasions the last few days, nothing works.

I have a service alert message that says "Order Issue Detected, we need to connect you to an agent for further assistance" but, I can't connect with anyone.

Sounds like you will have to call ATT U-Verse CS and wait for an hour or so, to speak to some one.
