It was a very bad decision to discontinue UVerse streaming online from a computer.  As a paid subscriber, I should have access to view channels regardless of the device.  It absolutely makes no sense that I can go to a cable channel website, sign in using my UVerse login and stream online, but I cannot do the same thing through a ATT website.  The person who made that decision should be fired!

im disabled and used the online guide all day. its hard to scroll through the tv channels with the remote. also i use 1 hand so using a phone app is almost impossible plus it doesn't even work. think of your customers needs and what is easiest for them . not everyone has the means to use the replacement options you offer.

The online guide is no longer available.  Where did it go?

The DOJ is forcing AT&T to sell off either DirectTV or Turner Broadcasting (I.e., CNN) as a condition for approving their merger with Time Warner.  So if AT&T ends up deciding to sell off DirectTV, perhaps they will have no choice but to reinvest in Uverse TV and bring back the uverse.com website.

We can only hope and pray this is what ends up happening.

Placing a message on a forum is not notifying customers. Don't have a smart phone or other device. Don't want them. Now looking at various services to stream British-TV as a replacement for U-verse.

Is AT&T going to provide me with one of those devices? Don't have one, don't want one and don't need one........guess I now feel the same about AT&T

Argh. I just tried to watch Fox Sports Go on my browser and when I signed in wiht my ATT username & password, it wouldn't load. So now, even though I am a paying client, I can't watch this channel on my laptop?

This is getting worse and worse.

Had Spectrum installed today. The tech asked who I was switching from. When I told him AT&T he asked me why, because I was the fourth customer today he had switched from AT&T. I told him because AT&T did not value their customers and took away our streaming service without any notice. Ain't that a kick in the teeth AT&T?

Here is what I have already noticed. The internet is 10 times faster (100 Mbps+), the TV picture is better, the online guides, streaming and DVR control is cleaner and much easier to use. Even the controls of the TV service from the remote has better features.

Again, thanks AT&T for doing something so ignorant it forced me to change. Now what I have is so much better! and costs half as much.

this was the link that I could access the complete channel guide and DVR information on my computer, instead of sitting in front of the TV.  Nov. 1st it disappeared, replaced by this site.  Can I get it back or give me the link to do so?  I am disabled from 5 strokes and am at the computer most of the day.

AT&T does not appear to have any intention to address this issue affecting subscribers with disabilities like yours and mine(vision). Very weak customer service. Look elsewhere for real customer service.

The loss of this function is very disappointing. It was a great feature. The App is not a comparable replacement. Please bring it back AT&T!!

I'll believe them when I finally see the channel guide restored. Are they going to send out the new link or just not notify anyone as they did when they removed it?

They may just be creating a smoke screen with that statement in order to try to calm the masses for a while until they just forget or give up on it altogether.

There was no warning of this going away at all. Also no message saying what happened or changed when I went to the guide just pushed through the funnel to myatt. What an awful user experience and lack of communication. Before you retire something like this you should check your analytics and see who and why they use the app before you sunset it.

If it's only a guide you are longing for there's plenty of free guides to choose from.  I recommend titantv.com.  After your register your can configure it for your channels.  You can have multiple configurations just like your receivers to match your Favorites and Guide on your receivers.

I said "only a guide" because while you can see what's playing you cannot manage your dvr from these sites.
