Uverse Tv Freezing
I had my service installed a week ago and ever since the picture freezes at random, it can be every other minute but if we’re lucky it could go thirty minutes without freezing for a second to then start up again. I’ve had three technicians come out already and neither one of them could fix the problem. The white box on was changed, some rewiring done, new modem and receivers. It’s so frustrating thatI’m probably going to have to cancel.

Maybe the line feed to the house? Main connection at the area box? Did they test the line? Did you try changing out your HDMI cable from your DVR to TV? Just say?

Any problems with internet (if you're using AT&T)? You mention a white box, is this the NID on the outside of your home? If so, I'm assuming the "re-wiring" mentioned is from the NID to your gateway? Any feedback from the techs on signal quality from the VRAD to your terminal to your NID? Do you have a buried line running from your nearby terminal to your NID, or is it aerial? We want to ensure a quality connection in each leg of your circuit- VRAD to terminal, terminal to NID, NID to gateway. You should already have a new home run CAT5e from the NID to the modem as part of your initial install, unless you're in a multi-dwelling situation that forces use of existing quad wiring. If techs can see any quality issues between terminal and NID, the drop should be replaced. Likewise, any quality issues from the VRAD to the terminal should be addressed by a port swap, preferably to a newer K or N card. Just throwing a bunch of stuff out there to ponder over,
