WatchEspn not working - Network not included in television subscription

Hello,

 

This is a repeated problem with Uverse.  Go to watchespn.com, login with uverse credentials, and receive the following message...

 

"This network is not included in your current television subscription.  Please contact your provider to upgrade."

 

I can watch ESPN but not anything on ESPN2, ESPN3, or other events on watchespn.com.

 

I have U300 and I'm using the latest version of google chrome.

 

Please advise how to fix this issue.

Answer it here in public, please.  Others have the same problem.

 

 Most notably on an AFTV yesterday and had to resort to using Xfinity credentials to get it working.

Without an easy way to report a problem, we just end up flapping our lips.  An endless source of frustration. We will also be reminded none of this streaming stuff is a billable service. Let us not forget the demise of uverse.com.
