watching a CBS On Demand series sets a 2 hour timer for watching the show
While watching 'The Good Fight' series on CBS On Demand last night I noticed the following odd behavior
I started watching 'The Good Fight' S1E1 at 7:33 PM last night
I stopped watching at 7:35 PM to eat dinner
I noticed the description now had this message 'Available to watch until 9:33 PM'
I resumed watching the episode at 8:45 PM
Unfortunately at exactly 9:33 PM the show just stopped/froze
I tried to get back to the show to 'resume' watching but the only choice was to Watch (from the beginning)
Unfortunately there is no fast forward allowed, so I would need to let the episode play up to the point
where it froze earlier and resume watching from there !
Has anyone else noticed this before ? I'm wondering why its setting a 2 hour timer when I start watching ?

Were you watching using the CBS app or streaming from the CBS website?
Since CBS requires their "All Access" subscription to their On Demand or streaming services your question would be better served if it was directed at CBS and/or their All Access service.

I was watching on my U-Verse Pace DVR, under the On-Demand shows.
CBS recently released 'The Good Fight' seasons 1 and 2 to CBS Primetime.
They are being shown again on the regular CBS Network and also available
in the On Demand. For Seasons 1 and 2 , CBS All Access streaming is not
required.

My apologies. I was looking at the Uverse APP and CBS On Demand is not available there.
