WAVE 3 on U-verse

Does anyone have issues with WAVE3 pixelating/freezing on U-Verse?

When you wish to watch your favorite television shows, it can be concerning the show is not showing as clear as possible! I would also want this specific program to function normally. 


Since you have noticed the problem to begin, have you attempted to double check your account for any issues regarding this channel being on your package programming? You can always view your Uverse account here.

Make sure you're not recording anything. Unplug all boxes. Plug your RG (modem) back in and wait for normal operation. Plug your DVR back in and wait for normal operation. Plug in any other receiver amd wait for normal operation.

If you're still having issues, call for a tech.
