We had a problem reaching your TV provider. Please try again. Bravotv.com and mtv.com

Hello,

 

I am trying to watch Bravo.com episodes on my computer.  However, after I log in I keep getting the message "We had a problem reaching your TV provider.  Please try again later".  How do I go about resolving this issue?
