WGN

I see WGN is back on my Uverse, but isn't working on 1 of my 5 tv's.

Here's what I'd do.

1) Give it more time.

2) Unplug everything.

Plug the gateway and WAP back in.

Wait for normal ops.

Plug the DVR back in.

Wait for normal ops.

Plug receivers back in.

Wait for normal ops before moving on to the next receiver.

3) If it's still wacky, call in.

I foresee one situation where they send a new receiver and it comes back on during the shipping process. It may be easier for you to send the new receiver back.

1) If it's a black screen, restart the receiver.

2) If it's the "We don't have an agreement" screen, that's odd.
