When I tap 'Watch Live' I get 'Expired'

Scrolling through the guide on the AT&T U-verse app... select a show... tap the 'Watch Live' button... title of the button changes to 'Expired' and nothing else happens (show does not start playing). Any ideas?

App version is 6.3.0 and I'm using a Pixel 2 with Android 10.

I have the same problem. It has been this way all day today (Saturday, 1/4/2020). Happy New Year from AT&T !!

I am using android phone (LG 7 ThinQ), ASUS c302 chromebook. they both will not work. However, the iPad-Pro DOES work. So, it is apparently unique to the android apps.

Same on all of my android devices. It is going on one month and still no fix. Unacceptable.
