GetTV appears to be available only as a subcarrier channel to other stations. (For example, in San Francisco, it is subchannel 14.3 to KDTV.) It is U-Verse's (and DirecTV's as well, I think) policy not to carry subchannels unless they carry ABC, CBS, Fox, or NBC programming. (No, I did not forget to include CW in that list.)
If you live too far away from whatever station in your area carries it (assuming one does) to be able to use an antenna, and you want the station that badly, then we won't mind too much if you switch to, say, Xfinity (which does tend to include subchannels like this).

Uverse currently does not offer GET TV. Check HERE to see if you can pick it up OTA in your area.
ETA: LINK to request adding GET TV to the lineup.
