Why hasn't the issue with WDBD TV40 Jackson, Ms. been solved?
On the channel lineup it shows that WDBD TV 40 Jackson, Mississippi is available, but it isn't. Why hasn't this issue been solved dating back to 2017?

Because apparently American Spirit Media which owns that channel wants to play hardball and ATT is willing to oblige. ASM says call ATT and complain. I say call the station and complain to them instead. Get an antenna and avoid all this periodic retransmission renegotiation crap (use tvfool.com to see what you can get OTA).
