Why is AT&T acting like a monopolistic bully?

AT&T is not fairly negotiating wtih the local CBS affliate in Madison, WI and we have been without CBS on UVerse for 11 days.  AT&T is a huge company with a huge profit margin (and a small tax burden) that is capable of negotiating fairly with local stations.  It needs to do so.  I pay a lot for UVerse service and I will shopping around for another carrier very, very soon if this does not get rectified very soon.
