I`ve contacted WTTW Prime and they said you don`t offer that channel on your listing. Why not? I pay enough for your services, I would like you to look into it for me, thanks, Barbara Kamp-Dixon

WTTW Prime is one of the sub-channels that is part of WTTW. With a few exceptions, Uverse does not carry sub-channels.
You would need an OTA antenna to receive it.
