X on the TV

I have an X on one of my two TVs, I have used the trouble shooting tool with no success. Please, Help!

Red X with no number?  On the tv connected to the dvr or another receiver?

 

Try rebooting the gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and then the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.).  If that doesn't clear it do the steps listed below in the following article,
